2) I have subscribed but I don't want receive to receive promotional e-mails. How do I unsubscribe?
We add an unsubscribe footer to every email sent to our customers.
Once you click on the unsubscribe link in the footer, you will be immediately directed to a page where you can manage your subscription by resigning from further email offers.
When you click on the "Unsubscribe" option, your email address will be instantly removed from the mailing list and all further communication will cease.
Alternatively, you can e-mail us at email@example.com and we will delete all your details from our mailing list.

4) What currencies do you accept?
All orders are processed in EUR.While the content of your cart is currently being displayed in your country's currency, you will check out using EUR at the most current exchange rate.
5) What Payment Methods do you accept?
At the moment we only accept Paypal payments, which accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercards, American Express.
6) I won a Discount / Free Gift from Lucky Wheel, when can I apply my Coupon Code and does it require any minimum purchase order amount in order to be applicable?
You can use your Coupon Code anytime you want so make sure to memorize it or save it somewhere! Please note that all discounts or free gifts you might win from Lucky Wheel require a total minimum order amount above 6 euros. Even though the content of your card is currently displayed in your country's currency, you will check out using EUR at the most current exchange rate. So there's no need to worry about whatever the primary currency of your Paypal Account is!
Furthermore it is important to note that we can only offer one discount / offer at a time!
This means that if for example we run a short-term promo offering a free gift with any purchase, other offers (a discount or free gift you might win from Lucky Wheel) cannot be compound with this offer.
7) How much will it cost to ship my package and how long does it take to be delivered?
Free Shipping is offered on all products so there's no need to worry about any shipping charges! Due to extremely high demand, for certain orders expect 2-4 weeks for them to arrive.
8) Can I Track My Shipment?
For certain products we provide Tracking Service which means that as soon as you place your order we are sending you an e-mail with tracking link to track your order anytime you want!
9) Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
After you submit your order, it is usually not possible to do any changes to the order. However we will do our best to do amendments to the order provided that it has not yet been shipped. You can request a change to your order by sending an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org

13) Will There Be Customs Fees Applied To My International Order?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, the Drunk Boutique has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To get inform about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we advise contacting your country's customs agency. Kindly note that customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs department.
